About us
We live in the Kingdom Age where every believer in Jesus must know their identity and authority as a son and daughter of God. As believers in Jesus, we seek the Kingdom of God.
"For the Kingdom of God is...righteousness (God's right order), peace (shalom: wholeness, nothing broken, nothing missing) and joy in the Holy Spirit" (Romans 14:17).
Ephesians 2:10 says that we were created to do Kingdom works which the Lord prepared for us to walk in before we were even born. Are we doing those works? Are we living as manifest sons and daughters of the King? Are we ruling and reigning on this earth as kings and priests to our God (Revelation 5:9-10)?

We believe that there is so much more to being a Christian than just making it to heaven. Our salvation encompasses the entirety of our being: our spirit, soul and body and we should experience the fullness of our redemption right now, here on earth.

We've been faithfully meeting as a home church since January 2023. Why? Because we stopped drinking the old wine.
Jesus told us in Luke 5:37-39: "No one puts new wine into old wineskins; otherwise the new wine will burst the skins and it will be spilled out, and the skins will be ruined. But new wine must be put into fresh wineskins. And no one, after drinking old wine wishes for new; for he says, ‘The old is good enough.’”

We've declared that the old way is not good enough. It cannot contain the new wine from the Lord. It only goes so far then it's incapable of going further. The old way can't be improved or revived, it must be discarded altogether and we must embrace a new wineskin.

So, we meet in a house on the southeast side of Edmonton as part of the greater Ecclesia, hungry for the Lord's new wine while seeking to live the Kingdom of God. We welcome anyone to join us who is truly hungry for new and greater things from the Lord regardless of their religious background or life experiences.

For an example of what we teach and believe (i.e. Kingdom living), you can read a chapter from the home church leaders' book: Doctrines of Demons Taught in Church entitled "Always Lay Down Your Life (Submit to the Abuse)".

Things we believe
We believe in salvation through Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

We believe that as Jesus is, so also are we in this world (1 John 4:17).

We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit, and that signs and wonders follow those who believe (Mark 16:17-19).

We believe in the authority of the believer here on earth and that we are to rule and reign now as kings and priests to our God (Revelation 5:10).

We believe that all the gifts of the Spirit are active and alive now in the Church and that every believer has been gifted and called by God for His unique purposes (1 Corinthians 12-14).
We believe in the power of spoken decrees and declarations that, when aligned with the Word of God, accomplish God's will and purpose here on earth as it is in heaven (Job 22:28, Matthew 6:10).

We believe it's crucial to study the scriptures in their original Jewish context in order to rightly understand them in their fullness and accurately apply God's truth to our lives.
